米国内からの発送でなければ追跡出来ないというのは間違いです
追跡番号は正しいですし、添付画像にもある通り7月24日時点でＬＡに到着していると表示されています
前回も伝えました通り全額返金もしくは同じ商品を再送させて頂きますのでどちらか選んで下さい
商品再送の場合はより安全で早く荷物が到着するEMSにて送ります
もちろん追加料金は必要ありませんし、紛失した荷物の保険請求も我々がしますのであなたは何もする必要がありませんのでご安心下さい

We don't understand why USPS told you so.
They are actually wrong. The shipments from outside of the US can be tracked.
The tracking number is correct and also the attached photo shows that the item arrived at LA on July 24.
As we explained before, we will give you a full refund or resend the same item to you. Please choose at your end.
In case the resend the item, we send it to you via EMS Airmail which is safer and faster way to send you the item.
Of course, we don't charge additional fee, and we will claim the insurance of the lost item at our end, so you don't have to do anything.
