大変お手数ですが、今日本郵便に確認したところ、私からも調査請求をさせて頂きますが、受取人様も
受け取られた郵便局へ早急に連絡をして頂かないと損害賠償制度が適用にならないとの事です。
また、次回からはやはり代行業者からではなく自分の目で確認してより慎重に梱包をして発送させて頂きたいと思います。
日本郵便から調査報告がありましたら改めてご連絡させて頂きます。

こちらは誕生日プレゼントだったのですね。再配送となってしまい大変申し訳ございません。

I am sorry for trouble but I confirmed with the post office today that even though I will ask for investigation from my side, it is also needed for the recipient to inform this to the post office in order to make the insurance to have refund for the damage applicable according to them.

So next time, please confirm with your own eyes and do the packing more carefully before sending rather than to use vender.
