本日、住所不明で商品が返送されましたので
先ほど、再発送手続きを行いました。
到着まで2~3週間です。
今回の再発送で３回目の発送になりますので
弊社で２回分の送料を追加で負担しております。
また、注文時の住所と違う住所に送ることは
ナイジェリア詐欺などの点からAmazonの規約で認められておりません。
そのため、今回の対応は特別な対応であることはご理解ください
今後海外セラーから商品を購入する際に
今回のようなことにならないためにも
Amazon上の登録住所を正しい住所に修正しておいてください
Today, we received back the product due to unknown address, so a while ago I shipped it again. It will take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive.
This re-shipping is the third time we're shipping it, which means our company has paid for two shipping charges. Also, shipping to a different address than the registered when the order was placed is not allowed by Amazon's regulation, because of Nigeria fraud and other things. So please understand that this was a special treatment we gave.
For the next times you make purchases from sellers at overseas, I ask you please to update your correct address at Amazon.
