今回遅れた原因としては、これだけ重量の重いものを海外へ送るのが初めてだったので確実にあなたに届けるために転送業者を使用しました。
とても信頼のおける丁寧な業者なのですが、対応が予想よりも遅く土日は休業しているため最短の発送が月曜日となります。
そのため、あなたの元に到着するのは10日から12日となります。

The reason of this delay is because it was my first time to ship such heavy item overseas, and I used forwarding agent to make sure it's delivered to you. The agent is very reliable, but their arrangement was slower than I expected and as they are closed on weekend, earliest dispatch date will be Monday. Therefore, the arrival to you will be between 10th and 12th.
