備考: お客様から荷物が届いていないと連絡を受けたのですが、追跡番号で追跡すると荷物はお届け済みになっていました。そのことをお伝えしたいです。

品物が届いていないとのことでしたので
下記サイトで荷物を追跡したのですが、8/17に発送して8/21にお届け済みになっています。
私は真っ白いＢ5サイズぐらいの小さな封筒に品物を入れて送りました。
もう一度自宅を探してみてもらえますか？
後ほどあなたに送った荷物の伝票も添付します。
見当たらない場合はお近くの郵便局に問い合わせてみてもらえますか？

Since we have checked on the website below about your unreceived product, apparently the product is already sent on August 17th and has been received on August 21st.
The package is B5 sized white envelope.
Can you please check your house once again?
We will later send you an expense sheet of the product.
