Paypalの支払い処理中にエラーが発生したため、
再度支払い処理をしたところ、同じ注文を2回していました。

3個購入したいのですが、6個購入したようです。

There was an error when I was in the middle of processing the payment on Paypal. In my second attempt to process the payment, I accidentally ordered the same thing twice.

I only wanted to order three, but it seems like I ordered six.
