新品と書いてありましたが、届いた商品の化粧箱は古く、中のビニールも黄ばんでいて、とても新品といえる状態ではありませんでした。

This item was advertised as brand new, but the box of the item delivered is old one and with its plastic bag yellowed. This is not as brand new at all as you mentioned.
