新品と書いてありましたが、届いた商品の化粧箱は古く、中のビニールも黄ばんでいて、とても新品といえる状態ではありませんでした。

The product description says new however, the goods delivered has an old box and the inside plastic cover turned yellow. I can't accept this product condition as new.
