できれば、返品してほしくありません。

もちろん、その商品は偽物ではありません。

その商品に関しては、日本製ではなくタイ製ということで日本で販売されています。

商品としては問題なく動作しますし、外観も非常に綺麗だと思います。

しかし、商品説明に間違いがあったことは事実ですよね。申し訳有りません。

そこで提案なのですが、私が販売しているカメラのレンズの清掃セットをあなたに無料でプレゼントしますので、

今回の返品リクエストを撤回していただけませんでしょうか？

Preferably I do not want you to return the merchandise.
The merchandise is definitely not a fake.
The merchandise is sold in Japan as product of Thailand and not a product of Japan.
There is nothing wrong with the mechanics of the merchandise and the look of it is very clean.
But, I cannot deny that I had made a wrong explanation. I am truly sorry.
There for I would like to propose that, I would give you a cleaning set for the camera lens as a gift for free and in return could you withdraw your request for the return of the merchandise?
Please let me know your thoughts on this.
