商品未着の件ですが、税関でチェック中としかＷｅｂでチェックできていません。
本来なら、即　返送手続きが取られて　返金に応じられるのですが

但し、普通は　イーベイの手数料と送料は負担いただいています
なぜなら、説明に各国の輸入制限や条例をチェックして下さいと書いている

当店は調査をして、報告書を確認したら全額返金に応じると伝えている。

ペイパルにも、その様に伝えました。

ここで言い争っても解決はしない、ペイパルに任せましょう

Regarding the item in transit, the status of this delivery shows that it is still waiting for its custom clearance.

Normally, a refund is initiated immediately after we receive a return.

Our instruction clearly states that it is up to each customer to check shipping limitations and regulations based on where you send your package.
