出荷前に商品にキズや汚れなどがないか細かく確認し発送するようお願いしたはずです。
検品を行ったおっしゃいましたが、欠陥商品(汚れ)が届いたことは事実で明らかに商品の確認不足です。
セール商品の場合、違う商品と交換またはストアクレジットへの返金とのことですが、
当方に責任はないので至急、私のクレジットカードへ全額返金をお願いいたします。
48時間以内に返金処理を行っていただけな場合、私はクレジットカード会社に報告いたします。
I asked you to check if there is a damage or spot at the item in detail before shipment and ship it.
You said that you had inspected the item.
However, as I received the item with spot, I am sure that you had not inspected the item sufficiently.
In case of the item by sales, I heard that you are going to exchange it with another item or refund it to store credit.
As I am not responsible for it, would you issue a refund in full to my credit card immediately?
If you do not process the refunding within 48 hours, I will report it to the credit card company.
