チラシの作成ではお世話になり、ありがとうございました。
９月に、コンサートの準備のため◯◯に行くことになりました。
◯◯協会と◯◯新聞が宣伝の協力をしてくれることになったので、ゲスト出演者と衣装を着て写真を撮りたいのですが、
14日午後ホールで30分ほど撮影することはできますでしょうか。ピアノは弾かなくても良いので、無料だとありがたいです。

I am going to ----in September in preparation for the concert.
----Association and ------Newspaper will be helping with advertising so I would like to have a photograph taken with the guest performer in our costumes. Would it be possible to photograph in the hall in the afternoon of the 14th. I don't have to play the piano but if we can use the hall for free, it would be appreciated.
