チラシの作成ではお世話になり、ありがとうございました。
９月に、コンサートの準備のため◯◯に行くことになりました。
◯◯協会と◯◯新聞が宣伝の協力をしてくれることになったので、ゲスト出演者と衣装を着て写真を撮りたいのですが、
14日午後ホールで30分ほど撮影することはできますでしょうか。ピアノは弾かなくても良いので、無料だとありがたいです。

Would it be possible for you to be in the photos for about 30 minutes in the hall on the afternoon of the 14th?
You don't have to play the piano then, so we'd appreciate it if you could be in the photos free of charge.
