Sum izm (Waizumu) experience service is a service to experience the traditional Japanese cooking process, hidden history and know-how in the background of the cuisine and also to experience the spirit of "cultural experience classroom". There are a lot of unknown discovery just only by eating. Please feel free and get excited for the experience!

The course will be conducted whether they are made by how Edo-style sushi or other styles, you will learn the hands-on experience and technique. Usually it is possible to know the behind-the-scenes of authentic Edo-style sushi that you will not get to see that much, you will find it more fun to get to know how to do sushi by yourself.
