連絡をいただいた送料の件ですが、まずは商品を送る前に実際にかかる送料を連絡ください。実際に掛かる送料が$13.32以下の場合でも返金の必要はありませんが、逆に$13.32を大幅に超えるような送料の場合、キャンセルを検討します。

Regarding shipping cost you just informed me, please let me know the shipping cost before the item is despatched.
I will not request refund if shipping cost is below $13.32 but i may cancel transaction if shipping cost is far greater than $13.32.
