追跡番号は9400109699938598941337がebay上で通知されていますが、USPSのサイトを見るとまだ商品は発送されていないようです。

すでに追加の配送料金として、5.75ドルを支払いました。
すでに発送済みで、早い配送方法を利用していない場合は、追加の配送料金を返金願います。
まだ発送されていない場合は、早い配送方法にて発送願います。

加えて、改めて追跡番号を教えて下さい。

Tracking number is 9400109699938598941337 has been informed on ebay, but if I look at the USPS site the product does not seem to be shipped.

製品を購入後に、配送方法の変更を依頼し、追加の配送料金を支払いました。
同じようなタイミングで下記のようなメッセージが届きました↓
Your payment did not reach my paypal until 7:11 pm (19:41) yesterday (9 Jul) and my business is only open until 6:00 pm. We are on Eastern Standard Time (EST) and we do not open 24 hrs a day. The package will ship today and you should have received the tracking number through ebay. Thank you.
