ご注文商品は6月15日に英国の税関に到着後、
ずっと税関で足止めされているようです。
その理由は、こちらでは調べることができません。
商品の到着を楽しみにしてくださったのに、ご期待に添えず、
申し訳ありません。

This product seems to have been held in the US customs since it arrived there last June 15th.
We cannot investigate the reason from our end.
