お天気に恵まれて、そよ風がふく砂浜で、視線は海に、手は空に伸ばし、体は砂浜に押し付けて、めちゃめちゃ気持ちよかったです！リフレッシュもできたし、大自然からパワーをもらいました！

Favored with a fine weather, I looked at the sea and stretched my arms up into the sky, with my body pressed against the sand beach, with a breeze blowing at me. I was feeling awfully comfortable. I got refreshed and got power from Great Nature.
