出来るだけ多めに発注しますが場合によっては
$50～$200分の注文をすると思います。
その場合も今回と同様の卸売価格で対応して欲しい。
もちろん米国内の送料は私が負担します。


日本総代理店契約について

電話でも協議したとおり、まずは半年間の総代理店契約をしましょう。
Letter of Intentを来週中に作成してPDFで送ります。
半年あれば来年以降の販売予測を提示できます。
12月には更新という形で2年～3年の契約を結びましょう。

About the next orders:
We would like to have orders as large as possible, but depending on the situation we will divide it in
$50 to $200 orders.

About the contract with the representative in Japan
As we discussed on the phone, first let's sign a 6 months contract with the representative.
During next week we will redact the Letter of Intent and will forward to you as PDF.
With this half year, we can make sales prediction for next year onwards.
In December will sign a contract for 2 to 3 years.
