Ana Suiの件、お返事が遅れて申し訳ございませんでした。
スタッフと確認をしたところAna Suiについては、当店の手違いで出品したものでした。
事実確認に時間が掛かってしまい、ご連絡が遅れたこと大変申し訳けございませんでした。
今後このようなことがないようチェック体制を強化していきます。
