paypalからメールがきました。
「○○様から送金された払い戻しは、送金者の銀行から決済されませんでした。お客様はこの支払いを受け取っていません。
この払い戻しについては、○○様にお問い合わせください。」
とのことです。
○○さんにお支払いしてから１か月近く経っているので、早く返金をお願いします。

I got a mail from PayPal as shown below. They say,
“The refund you sent to your customer has not been processed through your Bank account , and your customer hasn't got the refund yet. Please ask Mr./Ms. ○○ for this case”.
It has passed almost a month since I took the procedure of refund. I ask you to rapidly react and settle this case.
