購入したTシャツ40着に問題があったため、セラーに返品を依頼し、セラーはRMAを受諾した。私は5/20にEMSで荷物を発送し、eBayにキャリアと追跡番号を登録し、荷物はの税関に5/23に到着した。

しかし税関に荷物が留まったままなので、EMSに問合わせると「受取人が関税の支払いを拒んでいるのではないか？」と返事だった。

セラーにクレームを書く前にeBayで我々のやりとりの履歴を見ると、私のアドレスの欄に
x
という知らない名前と住所が載っていた。

是非、返金されるようご助力頂きたい。

Since there was problems on 40 T-shirts I bought, I asked the sellers to return the items, and they agreed RMA.
I shipped the items on May 20th by EMS, registered carriers and tracking numbers on eBay, and the items arrived at the custom house on May 23rd.
However, the items have been there stuck at the custom, I inquired EMS which answered, "the receiver might reject the payment for the taxes"
I saw the communication history we had on eBay before giving a claim to the sellers, and I found that there was unknown names and mailing address on my address column.
I would like you to corporate with me in order to get the refund back.
