前回連絡した、不良品、未納品に関する内容の正しい英文は、以下のとうりです。

前回、A商品（11個の不良品）の代わりに、同等の金額分のB商品（9個）をお願いしましたが、
納品された商品は、B商品に加え、A商品（交換品11個）も納品されていました。
A商品は、余分に納品されたこのになります。

それとは別に、C商品（10個）が未納でした。

余分に納品されたA商品と未納のC商品の差額金額分の
7個のC商品の納品をお願いします。

Regarding the item with defect and the item we have not delivered that we contacted last time, we would like to tell you the following.

Last time we ordered 9 pieces of B that is equivalent to 11 pieces of A with defect.
However, we received 11 pieces of exchanged items (A) in addition to B. We did not order A.

Other than that, we have not received 10 pieces of C.
Would you deliver to us 7 pieces of C as a difference between the A that we did not order and the C that we have not received yet.
