確実＆明確＆明瞭＆誠実な仕事が出来るよう、与えられた責任を果たせるよう、常に精進させて頂く所存です。

Also I firmly promise I would not be short in you, Mr.Daniel's expectation and your company with the responsibility, reliability and certainty required in the succession of the work.
I would constantly keep making effort to do a certain, precise, clear and sincere work and to fulfill my responsibility.
