I have again reviewed your damage claims and you did not include any documentation from DHL Japan where they confirmed the box had been damaged, or that the item had also been damaged. Had you included such documentation, it would have been considered in the determination of the claim. I cannot guarantee it would have changed the outcome of the claim but it certainly would have been reviewed and considered.
