I have again reviewed your damage claims and you did not include any documentation from DHL Japan where they confirmed the box had been damaged, or that the item had also been damaged. Had you included such documentation, it would have been considered in the determination of the claim. I cannot guarantee it would have changed the outcome of the claim but it certainly would have been reviewed and considered.

お送りいただいた損害請求を再度確認しましたが、箱が損傷されたこと、もしくは商品が損傷されたことをDHL Japanが確認している文書は含まれていませんでした。お客様からその種の文書が提供されていれば、損害請求の判断の際に考慮していたはずです。その種の文書が提供されることで請求への対応が変わるかどうかは保証できませんが、文書の確認と考慮は確実にしていたはずです。
