注文をしたいのですが、ネット上でカード決済が進みません。
カード２社試しましたが、決済できませんでした、
なぜでしょうか？

I'd like to order my shopping but credit card payment process is not succeeded.
I've tried two different cards but both of cards were declined. I have no idea what is going on.
