ありがとう御座います。
ただ残念ながら、送金できない状態は未だに続いています。
試しにPrimary shipping addressを（アメリカ国内の）転送会社の住所から、日本の住所に変更した所、送金可能な状態になりました。
私からの提案ですが、このまま送金しますので（発送先のラベルは）転送会社の住所で作成＆その住所に発送して頂く、というのは如何でしょうか？
確実に（転送会社の住所に）発送して貰えるのであれば、すぐに送金させて頂きます。

I have received the revised invoice.
Thank you.
But, unfortunately, I still cannot send the money.
When I once changed the primary shipping address from the address of the forwarding company (in the U.S) to the one in Japan, I became able to do it.
Now here is my suggestion, how about I remit as it is and make it (the label for delivery) with the address of the forwarding company and have the item shipped to the address?
If you promise to ship out (to the address of forwarding company), I will arrange the remittance immediately.
