コイル材の取り付け
吊り具をスプールの上部の穴に挿入する。
コイル材を吊り上げる。
コイル材をコイル材スタンドまで移動する。
スプール中央の穴をコイル材スタンド軸に合わせ、コイル材をセットする。
スプール固定金具を取り付ける。
ストッパーを取り付ける。
ストッパーのボルトを締め付ける。
吊り具をスプールから抜く。

ホイストクレーンの格納
所定の場所に移動する。
吊り具をフックへ戻す。

周囲に人がいないことを確認してから作業すること。
ストッパーは固定金具を外す直前まで取り付けたままにすること

Insert a lifter into a hole located upward on the spool
Lift a rolled coil
Move a rolled coil to a rolled coil stand
Fit the center hole of spool to the axes of the rolled coil stand, and set the rolled coil
Attach spool fixed metal fitting
Attach stopper
Tighten stopper bolt
Remove lifter off spool

Storage of cranes with hoist
Move cranes to the designated location
Return lifter to hook

Make sure there is no people around before you operate
Stopper should be kept attached until removal of fixed metal fitting
