３Ｓは、『①スイッチを切る、②スイッチ切りヨシ、③ストップヨシ』　を指差呼称しながら行う、災害防止に役立つ異常処置時の重要行動である。
指差呼称は、「指を差す行動」 と 「声を出す行動」のどちらかを確実に行えば意識が集中でき、とっさの行動を抑制することに役立つ。
ＱＣサークル活動のねらいは、“活気ある職場”、“個人の成長”、“会社の発展”であるので全員参加は必ずしも必要でない。
５ゲン主義とは、現状把握のための ①現場、②現物、③現実 と改善のための ④原理、⑤原則である。

Fingerpointing and calling methods helps you restrain action by either pointing to an action or calling for an action out loud, which draw attention to the action.
The intentions of QC circle activities are "Vibrant workplace", "Growth of individual" and "Development of company", so participation of all employees is not necessary.
The 5-Gen doctrine are (1) actual place, (2) actual thing, (3) for reality and improvement, (4) fundamental and (5) principle.
