DHLのサイトで確認すると14日の配達予定になっている荷物が何故11日に配達されるのでしょうか？
納得のいく説明をして下さい。本当に11日に到着するのですね？
もし到着しない場合あなたはどんな責任をとるつもりですか？
30着の注文をどこに出そうか迷っています。
信頼のできるパートナーに任せたいのです。

As I checked on DHL website, it is scheduled to be delivered on 14th, how can it be delivered on 11th?
