送られてきた商品に鍵が入っていませんでした。すぐに送ってください。
鍵がないとマシンが動きません。
送る時に検品するようにお願いをしておりましたが、不足した状態で送られてきました。
改善してください。
こちらもクレーム申請した方がよろしいのでしょうか？

他で注文した商品は決済完了後にキャンセルしましました。担当された方が理解されなかったためクレームとして申請しました。何か問題がありますか？

The product delivered did not come with a key. Please send it to me immediately. The machine does not move without the key.
I asked for inspection of the goods before delivery, but was shipped out with missing parts. Please ameliorate.
Do I need to file a claim for this?

I cancelled the other products prior to payment. The person in charge seem to not have understood, so I filed the claim. Is there a problem with this?
