当店でご購入いただきました商品の返品・交換は、未使用（試着を除く）の状態で、商品到着後30日以内に限り承ります。商品返品の際は、商品本体のほか、付属品（タグ、説明書、包装資材など）すべてをご返却ください。
万一、ご購入いただきました商品が初期不良であった場合は、商品到着後30日以内に限り、返品・交換を承ります。商品到着後30日間を過ぎた場合は、修理対応となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
なお、初期不良と思われた場合は、返品される前に当方に連絡いただければ幸いです。

Goods purchased at our stores can be returned or exchanged in an unused (with the exception of trial fitting) condition, within 30 days from receipt of goods. When returning goods, please make sure that all accessories (tags, description sheets, wrapping materials) along with the product.
In case the purchased product had initial failures, they can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from receipt of product. Please note that products with initial failures exceeding 30days from receipt will be object for repair.
Prior notice for return of products with initial failure is appreciated.
