我々は商品をアメリカ倉庫で受け取ったあと10日前後で返金手続きを行います
商品を日本に送り返し検品した後に返金を行いますので時間が掛かる事をご了承下さい

荷物の所在について何と言っていましたか？
また同じ商品の在庫を問屋に確認した所次回入荷が8月以降となっておりました
大変申し訳ありませんが返金にて対応させて頂けないでしょうか。
