日本ローランドに問い合わせてみました。
GK-3 のピックアップを左右逆（ピックアップのコードが出ているほうが 1弦）でギターに取り付けたときは、システムの DRIVER SETTING にある DIRECTION の設定を REVERSE に変更してください。
ピックアップを左右反対に使用する時は REVERSE 設定してください。
故障ではありません。

I made an inquiry to Roland Japan.
When you attach the GK-3 pickup to a guitar with right and left sides reversed (the side where the cord is attached is string 1 side), please use "REVERSE" for DIRECTION setting under DRIVER SETTING in SYSTEM.
When you use the pickup with the right and left sides reversed, please use the "REVERSE" setting.
It is not a malfunction.
