第７条（保証金）
① 本契約に基づく保証金として乙は金10万円を本契約締結と同時に甲に預け入れる。
右保証金には利息はつけないものとする。
② 本件契約の終了の際、建物明け渡しがなされた場合には、乙は甲に対し保証金の償却費として金10万円を支払うものとする。
③ 乙が賃料の支払いを怠った時および第１２条の損害賠償金額の支払いをしない時は、甲は当然に保証金をもってこの弁済に充当することができる。

7. Deposit
①Based on this contract, '乙' deposits 10.000 Yen to '甲's account, by the time the contract is closed. No interest is earnable through the deposit.
②By the time the contract is finished and the building is cleared, '甲' returns the total deposit amount of 10.00 Yen to '乙'.
③In case '乙's payment of rent or the compensation (see 12. clause) has not been paid, '甲' is allowed to keep the deposit.
