また、唯一の国際的な基準としてILO（国際労働機関）においてもOSHMSに関するガイドラインが策定されている。
OSHMSの構築に当たっては、厚生労働省の指針やILOのガイドラインは原則となるものをまとめたものです。
細部について特にこうしなければならないという決められた方法や順序はありません。

It is important to examine the current situation of the safety and health management activities of you own workplace (company), decide specific issues that the company should address and establish things from what can be done right away.
Also, the guideline about OSHMS, which is the only international standard, was established by ILO.

In establishing OSHMS, we summerized the principle of the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and ILO. So there is no particular details to practice or an order to follow.
