I have received the above mentioned reply from Amazon. Therefore, I'm afraid but would you accept the following solution:

I send you a transformer for this product. If the product still doesn't work with it, I refund 30 % of your payment. You do not have to return the product. This is the best I could do.
I cannot guarantee, but another option is repair.
