少しミスが多すぎますね。
あなたもご存知のように日本のお客様は品質に対して大変シビアです。
ICONジャケットの背中のレザーに汚れがついているし、大きな刺繍部分が全体的に薄汚れた感じです。
従ってパットを補充しただけではお客様にお渡しできません。
代わりの商品を送って下さい。その場合は送料を半分持つだけで良いのですか？
この商品は返送してもよいのですがどうしましょう？

So, I won't be able to hand over it, if you could give the pads.
Please send its replacement. If you can so, should I pay a half of shipment charge?
