・A社はクライアント数が多いのに対し、B社はクライアント数が非常に少ないから
・B社との当初契約において、見積時間を実績時間が大幅に超過したから

会社名に「C」という文字がついている場合は法的な義務がありますが、会社名に「U」という文字がついている場合には法的な義務はありません。
