下記2つのTracking NumberのDeclared Valueが実際に支払った額よりも大きくなっているので変更したいのですが画面上で出来ません。どうすればいいか教えてください。

The declared values under the following tracking numbers are higher than the actual payments, and I would like to amend them online but I am not able to do that. Please let me know what I should do. Thank you.
