下記2つのTracking NumberのDeclared Valueが実際に支払った額よりも大きくなっているので変更したいのですが画面上で出来ません。どうすればいいか教えてください。

I would like to change the Declared Values of the two Tracking Numbers above, because they are more than I actually paid. But I cannot do it in the page. Please advise what I should do for that.
