このようなミスの再発を防止するため、弊社として以下のプロセス改善を行います。

① loaderファイルのアップロード前に価格をチェックするスタッフを別途用意し、クロスチェックをして確認することによって適切なPricingを行えるよう改善します
② loaderファイルのアップロード後の価格反映が正しく行われたか確認するところまでスタッフがフォローアップし、不足の事態に即時に対応できる体制を整えます

To prevent this type of error happening again, we will develop our procedures as following:

1. By allocating another staff to check the product's price prior to uploading the loader file, we will confirm the price with cross checking and ensure the appropriate pricing.
2. We will have staff supervise to make sure the right price has been reflected on the loader file after uploading the price. This will help us take immediate action in case with unpredictable situation.
