我々が、3/26に注文した時には、Aは「在庫あり」と表示されていました。
今、御社のウェブサイトにログインして、注文のステータスを見ましたが、AはBackorderedではなく、Unshippedと表示されていますよ？
我々が注文した分の在庫は、その時に確保してもらっていると思うのですが・・・

もし、Aを発送出来るなら、一緒に注文したBとまとめてすぐに発送して下さい。
バックオーダーになっているCは入荷次第発送して下さい。
2回に発送を分けることによりかかる送料を我々は気にしません。

When we ordered on March 26, product 'A' was shown as "In Stock.".
Though we now logged in to your company website and checked the status of our order, 'A' is being shown as Unshipped instead of Backordered.
You must have secured the stock of 'A' for us when we ordered, we guess.

If it is possible, please ship 'A' with 'B' we ordered at the same time to us immediately.
And please ship 'C' to us as soon as you get in stock.
If the shipping cost would be higher in the case of you have to ship in twice, we would not mind.
