The study was conducted by the Martin Prosperity Institute, and it identifies technology, talent, and tolerance as factors that “shape long-run prosperity.” It then used these factors to make a Global Creative Index. Sweden, the US, and Finland hold the top three spots, with New Zealand and Singapore as the only APAC regions in the top ten at sixth and ninth respectively.
