バックオーダーになっている商品について

3/7に下記の内容のメールを受け取っているのですが・・・

このメールを読む限り、商品は既にそちらに入荷していると思うのですが…
何かトラブルがあり、入荷のスケジュールが遅れているのですか？
私達のお客さんがこの商品待っているので、出来るだけ早く送って欲しいです。
すぐに送れない場合は、いつになれば送ることが出来るかだけでも教えて下さい。

As long as I read this message, I think the item should already come in.
I wonder if there is any issue that cause to delay the schedule of item's arrival.
My client is waiting for this product, so I want you to send it as soon as possible.
If you cannot send it immediately, please let me know at least when you can send it.
