バックオーダーになっている商品について
3/7に下記の内容のメールを受け取っているのですが・・・
このメールを読む限り、商品は既にそちらに入荷していると思うのですが…
何かトラブルがあり、入荷のスケジュールが遅れているのですか？
私達のお客さんがこの商品待っているので、出来るだけ早く送って欲しいです。
すぐに送れない場合は、いつになれば送ることが出来るかだけでも教えて下さい。
