税関で破棄の対象となるのはオリンパスのバッテリーLI-50Bの４０個だけで破棄の手続きをすれば、破棄する以外の商品は届くので商品は送らなくていいです。
偽物のオリンパスの商品は二度といらないので、４０個分の商品分の返金と破棄にかかる料金を支払って下さい。
今回は本当にお互い不運でしたね。
