今回の問題について事実確認をしたい。
私は知的財産権の侵害という旨の警告を数回にわたって受けている。
そのいずれもTが製造しているMというブランドの製品である。
そして私たちはTから正式な販売許可を得ている販売者であるということをまず最初に理解して頂きたい。
それでは私たちの見解を述べていこうと思う。
１回目の警告は下記の通りだ。

製造会社Tの社長より正式な販売許可を得て販売している旨をあなた方に伝えることで、
あなた方に販売機会を再び与えてもらうことができた。
