My apologies for not responding right away.

As you may have heard, the ports of the west coast of the USA were having labor issues since last spring, which caused major inventory issues. It was recently resolved, but we are still working through many issues. Before we couldn’t get enough inventory, now we have many containers at port and need to get them into our warehouse ASAP.


We can offer you the exclusive for a short period of time to explore your market more with the 100 pillows you order, but if you want the exclusive for more than a couple months we cannot issue that exclusive until you have placed your order for the first container(s).
